STITCHES are OUT!!! Zach went in today and had his stitches removed. He said he was going to be brave...after a bunch of wiggling, screaming, shrieking, and kicking, they are out. The fingernail they had sewn on to protect the nail bed has come off, but it looks like a teeny new one may be coming in in its place. It is nice to not fuss with bandages every day. He WAS getting very good at that though. He would let me change his dressing with no fuss at all. We are glad he is doing better! I was going to share the more graphic photos we took as he was healing up, but instead, you can just enjoy the bandaged finger. =)
